Be reminded that you will be taking the SA1 Oral examinations when you return to school on Monday.
We already had one practice the day before. Refer to the rubrics of assessment to get a good understanding of the areas that you can improve in.
The MT oral exams will be held on the same day.
Have a good weekend!

I&E CARNIVAL, 21 MAY 2011 (SATURDAY)
The I&E Carnival coupons have been given out today. Each pupil in the school is given 5 sheets of $10 each. SHPS will need everyone's help to sell these coupons to raise funds for the school, so try your best.
Example #1
You want 1 sheet of coupons for yourself so you pay $10.
You sell the other 4 sheets to friends/neighbours and collect $40.
You have to return $50 to the school.
Example #2
You want all 5 sheets of coupons for yourself and family so you pay $50.
You have to return $50 to the school.
Example #3
You want 2 sheets of coupons for yourself so you pay $20.
You try your best but cannot sell the other 3 sheets.
You have to return $20 and the unsold 3 sheets to the school.
Please keep the coupons in a safe place to avoid losing them. You have to pay for them if you lose them.
The I&E Carnival is more than a month's time away, on 21 May (Saturday). Please plan ahead so that you can be available on that day.
Collection of used toys, books, etc, begins this week as we need these as prizes for the game stall. Clean and wrap them up. Label them also so that we know how to allocate these prizes.

Fri, 1 April
It was Isaac and Isaiah's last day in SHPS yesterday. We wish them well as they prepare to leave Singapore for Switzerland tomorrow (Sat). May God's blessings go with their family to protect and to help them settle down in the new environment.
There's no EL and Math homework today. There also wasn't enough time to complete the science activity.
Over the weekend, please find out why objects float or sink in water. Remember that it has nothing to do with its weight. It will be interesting also to find out if all kinds of metals will sink in water.
